Situated on the shores of St Ives Bay, this picturesque fishing town is one of the most famous Cornish holiday destinations to visit.

A maze of tiny cobbled streets leads you to the harbour front, where daily boats land catches of fresh fish. Surrounded by four award- winning beaches, St Ives offers beautiful golden sands and crystal blue waters offering visitors the perfect stunning seaside location.

CULTURE

With St Ives’s recognition as the seaside town with the most beautiful light in Britain, it is no wonder artists from all over the world have been drawn here to indulge their imagination and creativity.

With the likes of Barbara Hepworth and Bernard Leach influencing the artistic heritage of the town, we feel so fortunate to be located in such a captivating and inspiring hub of talent, both past and present.

There is an abundance of art galleries, museums, workshops and studios within the town, commemorating both past and present work. Here are just a few of our favourites..

THE SEPTEMBER FESTIVAL

One way to commentate and celebrate the music and arts heritage of the town, is through the annual St Ives festival of music and the arts. This 2 week honorary event, during the mid 2 weeks of September, offers an array of experiences including exhibitions, workshops, poetry, walks, talks and much much more.. It has become paramount to the towns culture and people travel from all over the country to experience it.

We think it is an exciting time to visit St Ives, to get involved and see the town in all its glory!

OPEN STUDIOS

For usually just one week during the early summer, artists, craftsmen and designers open the doors of their studios and workshops to the public. From remote cottages to beachside spaces, it is an amazing opportunity for interested individuals to indulge into their creativity and get a rare insight into the way the creators work.
