Room Rates

Rates are per room per night for 2 people and include full English breakfast, wifi and VAT. Single occupancy rate in Room 1, please deduct £50 in low and mid season and £10 in high season. Single occupancy rate in Rooms 2-6, please deduct £10. The tariff and information listed are correct at the time of publication and may be subject to change without notice.


A deposit of 50% is payable in order to reserve your dates and confirm your booking. The remaining balance is payable upon departure.


Regretfully, in the event of a cancellation (or a reduction of nights of stay) the below policy applies. Full refund of the deposit if you cancel 30 days before arrival. We will hold the 50% deposit if you cancel between 30 days and 1 week before arrival. Full charge will apply for cancellation received 7 days prior to arrival and for no shows or booking reductions after arrival. Guests will be charged as above unless the room is successfully re-booked, in which case a full refund will be made less a £10 administration charge. We recommend taking out holiday cancellation insurance to cover such potential losses. For amendments to current stays, these will be looked at on a case to case basis.


Bookings are taken for a minimum duration of 2 nights.


Trevose Harbour House has three private spaces within the reserved area of the Train Station car park (a few minutes walk from the Guest House). They are allocated on a first reserve basis and cost £12.50 for 24 hours. We recommend enquiring about availability at the time of your booking.


Check-in from 3pm – Check-out before 11am CHILDREN Please note that Trevose Harbour House is not suitable for young children and as such does not accept children under the ages of 12. For an extra bed- £50 Trevose Harbour House does not accept pets.


Due to the original layout and design of our property, we are unfortunately unable to offer easy access for guests with disability. We invite our guests to discuss their specific needs in advance of their booking in order to give us the possibility to assist where possible and establish whether our property will be suitable for their needs.
